... Just say to her to not wear your fav pieces (maybe put them on the side so she knows which ones are they armong everything), with a warning that if she does wear them you won't continue to share your clothes with her. And her being lazy, it's hard to change the behavior of someone, give it up.
Stop wearing clothes and go naked instead - it will be hard for your sister to wear your skin ... or a teeny weeny bit painful for you, if she gets it ...
my brother wears my clothes although they are probably too small for him. he eats the food I keep to eat. usually in this case I would hide what I do not want him to go near. maybe you can get a lock for your closet.

To make sure that others don't use her favourite pieces, my youngest sister usually hides it in shoe boxes (the one you got after you bought a new pair of shoes, not the place you put your shoes) and put it under the bed.
