ohhhh myyy I'm surprised that this got a manhwa adaptation. I remember reading the novel a few months ago and I think the translator took a break. But the story is really interesting and fun to read.
I looked at the last chapter to know if MC and ML got happy ending. It was really satisfying end. Spoiler: End of the Story and Marriage In the end of the story (Side Stories) Sol (MC) and Sunjae (ML) got married. They were on honeymoon on beach. While they were drinking Inhyuk (ML’s friend and one of the members “Potato Pancake”) called ML. ML was irritated by his call, so he hung up. But Inhyuk didn’t stop and tried to call through other member of group. In the end Inhyuk congratulated MC and ML with their marriage and wished them a good night. It was windy starry night, so Sunjae hugged Sol and promised her to love her forever. Sol was also very happy that she can spend rest of her life with the person she loved. She also said Sunjae that she would love him forever. Spoiler: Sunjae’s Biggest Fear What Sunjae (ML) feared the most is to lose Sol (ML) forever. It became his nightmare. (I didn’t read previous chapters so I only guessed. I think Sol returned in her future, her present. And at that time of her absence Sunjae developed the fear of losing her.) On the day when they were in the trip with their friends ML woken up and didn’t find MC. He was frantically looking for her. When he found her ML hid his face on her knees. He was very dispirited so Sunjae hurriedly confessed Sol and kissed her knees. He said that he would always love her and asked her to be with him forever.
UPDATED: Previous post about Sunjae’s Biggest Fear Spoiler: Sunjae’s Love for Sol Actually Sol lived in the same world as Sunjae, but it was her version that didn’t remember ML (in manga it is shown in 15 chapter https://bato.to/chapter/1888339). ML tried to approach MC, but she feared him very much. Both of them suffered because of that. ML was already deep in love with MC, so he couldn’t stop trying to make MC remember him. MC couldn’t understand why ML approached her. For her he was stranger, weird man. What stopped him from attempt was MC’s last letter when she returned in her time. She asked him to continue his life and pretend that everything was a dream. She also asked forgiveness from him that she interfered in his life. He felt that heart was ready to tear apart. It was very sad part. Actually there were moments when he cried not bearing his pain and loss. So 6 years had passed and MC returned. At first he was cold to her but later he was convinced that it was really her that he spent school time with. There is one note: for MC it was only short time of absence but for ML it was very long 6 years. All these years he loved MC, he couldn’t forget her. He suffered from insomnia. It was caused by depression from losing MC. When they reunited ML almost right away asked MC to be his girlfriend. He was very persistent because he didn’t want to lose her ever again. Well, his adult self was different from when he was teenager. And he was very jealous one) But it was very cute.

Spoiler: Sunjae's First Confession Sunjae would confess his love for Sol right before she retuned to her timeline. It is already shown in manhwa Chapter 38. As she had no time to meet him in person he would confess his feelings though cell phone. Because Sol had to return to her timeline she couldn't return his feeling. So she lied him that she didn't like him anymore. But she decided to write him last letter although she knew she has no time to deliver it to him. Yes, he would be able to sleep soud and peacefully. If I am not mistaken he was the brother of one of Potato group members. While he traveled through worlds to save Sunjae he was in coma. He admired Sunjae very much. And when he saw though dream Sunjae's death he wanted to save him but he coundn't despite all of his efforts and attempts. Later he was given the pocket watch that could let him travel though time. But it also didn't help him to save Sunjae. One day he accidentally dropped it and Sol picked it up. She was the only one who was able to save Sunjae. Her influence had very big impact on Sunjae. Although he didn't die but he suffered from depression. It definitly wasn't coincidence. Everyone in this story had his own role. Later Sunjae would know that Sol traveled through time to change his fate, but he woundn't know that she was trying to save him from death. Spoiler: No Villain In reality there was no real "villain" in the novel. The girl who confronted Im Sol was shown only at first part of novel. After Im Sol returned to her timeline there was no mention of her. Spoiler: Assumption of Sunjae's Death There weren't any mentions of what was the real cause of his death. Before I already wrote that "owner" of pocket watch tried to save Sunjae, but it was no use. I think Sunjae needed something more important in his life than his career and fans' hatred. Sol became his savior. Althought it had two-edged effect. Spoiler: Assumption about Im Sol's returning to her timeline There wasn't really significant reason why Im Sol had to go back to her timeline. But she coundn't stay in the past either. Firstly, "owner" of pocket watch hurried her to return to him watch. Secondly, mentally she was already adult and she couldn't stay with Sunjae in this state. Thirdly, she already broke his and her timelines to change his fate. She did what the others couldn't do and wouldn't dare to do. Spoiler: When Sunjae's and Sol's relationship became known No, there wasn't any mention about hatred toward Sunjae. Their relantionship was known after two years of spending time together (I mean after Im Sol returned to her timeline) to general public. It was annoucement about their marriage. When it was known his loved one was non-celebrity and his love for her had been already for 8 years, public didn't object their marriage.

Spoiler: How Sol's Actions Affect Her Life No, they didn't. Maybe they affect on her life a bit, but not much. She already successfully passed her college exam and graduated. So she was searching for job. After returning Sol would work at broadcasting company where she would meet Potato Pancake's members, including Sunjae, pretty often. Well, if I think about it, one fact that changed in her life was her relationship with Sunjae and Inhyuk. Because of another version of Sol that didn't remember them they were forced to avoid each other. That's why when Sol returned she was quite shocked when she faced cold attitude of Inhyuk and Sunjae, especially Inhyuk. But they forgave her quickly. Sunjae already subconsciously knew that what she did she did for him. He already received her farewell letter and he was also shown the dream where "owner" of pocket watch said that Sunjae shouldn't look for Sol anymore. "Owner" said that she was only one who dared to do something for someone in such circumstances. Below quote what "owner" said Sunjae (I hope I translated it correctly) //'She is the only child who has ever done for anyone else in the time she was twisted in. She didn't covet or wasn't greedy for your heart, but she only used her time to connect the broken paths. I think she tried to change only one fact, but I think she's trying to break it as best she could. She was so frustrated that she came to see you.'// So Sunjae indirectly realized that Sol didn't mean to hurt him. Although he gave up to find her but he was still waiting for her. As for Inhyuk he was easy-going person. Although he was the one who said Sol that it woul be better if she would avoid Sunjae but he was also the one who gave her contact information to Sunjae. During long six years Inhyuk witnessed how much Sunjae suffered from Sol's absence and her "ignorance". That's why when Sol returned he was annoyed at first but he realized that Sunjae wouldn't forget her despite of everything. So he accepted her. But he did do some little naughty actions to revenge for Sunjae) Actually Inhyuk hepled Sunjae and Sol pretty much to reunite.
There is some curious fact about their relationship. Spoiler: Who Started Loving First BTW, there is one more interesting fact to that I didn't pay attention. In one of conversations with Sol Sunjae said that he was the one who felt in love first between two of them. At first I didn't get what he meant I thought it was some kind of mistake or misspell of MTL translation. But later I realized that it is true that Sunjae felt in love first. If we look at how long and when each of them was in love, it definitely was Sunjae. Sunjae started loving Sol when he was at high school and was't celebrity yet. As for Sol she started liking Sunjae not as man but as superstar whom she admire a lot. It was in her college time when Sunjae became celebrity moreover he joined Potato Pancake much later. Only later when they started relationship Sol was able to see Sunjae as man whom she loved. Ever if we included the time she liked Sunjae as his fan, this time was shorter than the time Sunjae loved Sol. Sol who confessed “in love” to Sunjae when they met in first time was Sol from future not Sol who was the same age as Sunjae in high school. So theoretically this time when she confessed “in love” can’t considered as the start point when she felt in love. When she returned she was replaced by Sol who didn’t remember Sunjae, so all six year the one who was in love was only Sunjae. Sol who liked Sunjae made time leap that’s why she didn’t have to live all six years from school time to college time again. That’s why if we summarize and compare how long Sunjae and Sol was in love then we can come to conclusion that Sunjae loved Sol pretty longer than she did.

Chapter 38 (Manhwa) is Chapter 34 (Novel). In Novel when Sunjae and Sol actually began to communicate was in Chapter 41. Before they would encounter each other several times but each of them would think that he/she didn’t remember her/him. Considering that one chapter of novel includes several chapters of manhwa I think that manhwa would have more chapters than novel (if artist won’t change plot). Novel has 90 chapters in total including Side Stories. So there are 72 chapter of Main Story + 7 chapters of Epilogue + 4 chapters of First Side Story (about “owner” who wanted to save Sunjae) + 2 chapters of Second Side Story (about Sol and Sunjae who encounter each other when they were 17 year old, it was accidental case so they actually didn’t know each other) + 5 chapters (about their pre-wedding preparation, wedding and after-wedding). P.S. Oh, it doesn’t mean that in manhwa there are scenes that aren’t in novel. It is just more likely artist decided includes in manhwa all scenes of novels, so in order to show all scenes of one chapter of novel it is needed to draw several chapters of manhwa. Usually in manhwa artist doesn’t show all scenes of novel because Korean novels have very big amount of chapters. But “Tomorrows #1” novel has only 90 chapters, so I think artist decided to draw all scenes.
