I do admit I would love to chat with some of the characters I've seen in movies and such. I've even tried writing fanfictions before then moved onto writing original stories. I know from experience it can be hard to write well and often times comes across badly if you even get one detail wrong about things.

My issue is that this is being treated as an original novel, not a fanfiction. I get that in China it's okay to borrow characters and such so it shouldn't bother me, but it does a lot.

Even with stories labled fanfiction, I generally only like them if they only borrow the setting. Something about borrowing the characters bothers me a lot.

Maybe I just have a bias against fanfictions and borrowing characters in general.

 

The concept seems interesting, but the translation is somewhat iffy (probably will improve as time goes on) and there are times where the tl/editor add too much of their own personal thoughts, breaking the immersion.

I'll give the story ~50chapters before deciding anything
