But I dont get why Veronica and Blundell completed their 8th circle with mastery over one element while Theo needs 4

 

They pushed their sorcery to the limit to get there. I don't think either of them can get to 9 circles. Magic is the pursuit of the truth in nature, so the more affinities you have the closer you can get. Theo needs to do more than they to get to 8 circles, but because he has 4 elements on his circles his path will not be impeded.

 

Yeah that makes sense why they rely so much on one element

 

Most magician would stick on one element, as it is easier to comprehend and understand its nature.

But due to Symbiotic relationship between Gluttony and Theo and various type of book and artifact they taken(eaten)
This cause Theo path lean toward multiple element compare other magician of the same tier
With Mitra, Ring of Muspelheim, Aquilo's Blood mark and Aquilos's Divinity as core of each elements
This actually already covered during the first time Theo visit the library (Gluttony's stomach)

 

i don't think u actually need all the 4 elements to lvl up higher. its just easier to do so if u have them all

 

but if you can at least combine earth wind and fire you can get some funky music-

 

Does anyone else realize it? He (Theo) is captain of Quattro, he's new ace attack is all Four elements combined. I just realized that.

Also, is it really that much of a surprise? I mean, there are four magic towers, each basically representing the four elements ...
