Kyllian, and they have a son with same powers. Yup, they are fake, they pretend to go along with his plan but betray him in the end. Rose made a bet with the the king that he will try to win the garden as a girl but in exchange abandons his position as the Prince and not get killed. So he wins, But they do him dirty and not keep their promise, locking him in his room again and try to force him to make a baby with Iris by infusing his food with Aphrodisiacs. And then try to proceed with sacrificing him in the ceremony anyway.
Nope their plan doesn't work, but he marries Apple later on and has a son with her. Apple wants to have a second one as well, but Kyllian doesn't - after seeing how much pain she endured while giving birth to their first child, he doesn't want for her to go for it through the second time and even engraved birth control spell on her back before, for her to not get pregnant on a whim and plan it properly if they wish for it. The real reason why royals send Iris to his room earlier is because he can do the opposite as well: impregnant the lady on the first try if he wishes (because he is a grand wizard), since he is going to die very soon so they need an heir with the royal blood ASAP.

Nope, not at all but there is one scene where he finds aphrodisiac medicine trace in his food which makes him angry and sad, so says screw this all and pins Iris against the wall which makes her scared, and decides to kiss her I think, but suddenly maid storms in saying that Duke Lurriere is terminally ill and Iris runs to her father in panic, Kyllian follows after her and heals the father since he is a grand wizard, so Iris in the end is occupied nursing her father and Kyllian is not attracted to her in the first place so both of them aren't interested in doing the deed. - Lol don't worry it's only a crush, the one she loves is actually Rose and after she learns his identity - then Kyllian. She gets into a Knight in shining armour mode and saves him by making him drink the medicine, even getting in the duel with Iris as the final battle and in future chapters she converses with Duke Lurreirre who says to give up on Kyllian since everything is prepared ready and it's no use, but she doesn't!
I saw on the discord of the group who was translating the manhwa before it came out officially that Spoiler: Ending of the main story Kyllian gives up the crown prince title and gives it to his brother Benjamin who marries Charlotte. Apple returns to North, in Arden residency and suddenly sees Kyllian with luggage who jokingly says his name is Rose and wishes to hire a maid, then Apple runs up to him and they hug
