The last 5 options are self extinction. I don't think they'd enslave us. That's fiction. What reason could they have. If they were agressive and saw us as vermin or potential threat or they simply wanted whole Earth as a resource they'd kill us. Such an advanced civilization wouldn't have use for slaves, unless they're tentacle monsters.

Global warming is bad. VERY bad. But fortunately not extinction level for us. Sure, we might get reduced to less than a billion. But thats not fully extinct. Unless we draw the shortest straw possible and get a chain reaction. That might actually fuck us over.

What's prosperity have to do with contacting aliens, we could be in space for thousands of years and not find anyone, that's prosperity.
