He's OP in a world that's like Pokemon with type advantages. Some guys he'll crush, others he's weak against.
Comedy can be a hit or miss. Personally by the 3rd arc I feel like the author is repeating the same tired jokes (Roland makes former world references only he can understand, Roland's harem problems, Roland's 'daughter' problems, Roland's self-foot shooting incidents, Roland's hypocrisy, etc)

And I doubt this novel is high enough in the qidian rankings for it to go premium, though I could be wrong.

 

It is the craziest high level D&D campaign you will ever read. Give it a try. MC is more of a trickster archetype, so despite having what seems like some on paper very OP powers, he more often than not scams and misdirects his way out of situations. There is literally a chapter where the MC is running from an army of zombies only to realize he's OP enough that he doesn't need to run at all... at which point the temporary party he forms makes him keep running. And in the end he defeats them by coming back later and basically pulling a protection racket on the zombies' commanders.

Fallen heroes, the rise and fall of gods, giant battles with dragons, demons, gods, mages, armies and so on, you will get all those things as climaxes to various arcs, backstory, and so forth.

I don't really like the homophobia, but if you can get past that there's some good bathos and the like.

I was thinking and spoliers people can confirm but the point of the 5th life Rowlands is on is all about tying up loose ends with his 5 soul imprimts allowing him to come to terms with that life and what happened in it before moving onto saint rank?

 

what was his 5th soul imprint again? I think it's just 4...

Also, I have a feeling Desecration Priest is supposed to be Ur-Priest.

 

I just read on Antipaladins and I disagree with that name for Diana job class. She isn't evil aligned. Nor does she worship any evil deity. Actually the Paladins of Lorci can be called antipaladins if she had them.....

AntiGod Knight is the name for Diana's type of job. She is literally against the higher realm...

 

Diana didn't change her class, she's still a Holy Knight.
It was her sister (actually genderbent little brother) Victoria that created the new divine power stealing classes.

 

The moment you lose your devotion and veneration for the gods you lose the qualification to become a knight for the said god.....
like that fallen angel.

However Diana got a new understanding about gods and their concepts from Roland. She felt confused and told it to her sister(or genderbent brother). Eventually they both found their own understanding of Gods and divinity...

They have different opinions actually: if I remember it right, Victoria sees them as exp points or sources of power to be used freely as she likes while Diana doesn't want them on the material plane....

 

The end level of the Diana class is too OP.

 

So, wtf happend to ELCL? I just tried to read chapter 370 and got an bonus chapter ad even though yesterday it was fine. Also I would watch the ad, I dont have the problem with that but I fucking refuse to make an account just to watch ads.

 

Its been this way for months already. There always will be 1~2chapters behind adwall, and will become unlocked when another chapter gets translated.
