I read the manhwa until... ch 70? And up to this point, Noah already love Raeliana and Raeliana already know that. She also love Noah, but not enough to bet her life on it (taking Beatrice's role, I mean, since she didn't know what will happen when Beatrice come, she thought it may become like in the plot, where Noah and Beatrice fall in love with each other) Realiana asked him about his feelings and when he wanted to confess, she stopped him and told him what she owes him (the information about Count Lakin and Pyris Estil) and want to end the contract but Noah don't want to and ask her to give him another chance
btw if anyone curious about the second male lead, it's Vivian Shamal's brother... so yeah it's going to be a tragic love for him... btw Noah's brother isn't dead and he's supporting Justin (Vivian's brother) unconsciously lololol (bcs he didn't know that Justin fall in love with Raeliana and thought it's just mere someone having a political engagement)

Noah's brother is actually (from what I read) in good terms with Noah, however he really like to tease Raeliana & Noah (asked Rae to enter a masked ball and search for Noah even tho he's masked too, and when Noah finds her, he told the audience that who get to catch Raeli will receive a gift lololol and Noah kidnapped her away) xD
Looking at the raws, I think he's going to stay as the loyal little brother because he's loyal to Noah...
