The translator uses words that I can't even find in a dictionary :/ like yap, I still don't know what a yap is
It's really messed up. The series is behind 27 chapters from its original schedule. It should have 77 chapters by now if it followed its promised schedule of 5chapters/week.
Finals happened, and I was also at fault for being inactive due to the same reason. Good news is, for the next 3 weeks, the chapters to be posted are already ready, and the 5/week will be followed.
So no "catch up" to supposed chapters by then? In any case, thank you for taking your time to pop in to inform of the situation. Much appreciated.

The latest chapter is really good. But can't say I didn't expect Angel Ox and Demon Ox not to be on par with Kong and Silver Wing.

Well, the schedule has never been stable to begin with. Almost 35-40 chapters behind even before exams started. I don't even know why @Qidian claims that they would be having steady release rate. Qidian is noyt even serious about the novel which is #1 on Chinese Qidian. Sigh. I don't understand why they wouldn't pick Endless Fantasy for this novel. That group is pumping out 10+ chapters minimum for a series. The Sacred Ruins deserve a dedicated team seeing it's potential. (It has already proven it's worth in China).
I am currently at Ch155 and the novel only gets better especially the humor. Author creates so many epic comedy scenes. There is a very funny mini-arc on Spoiler blind date followed by Chu Feng's starring role in a movie (Great Saint Demon Ox) And the face-smacking is satisfying. What a pity those who are reading translations would need to wait for months if not years...
