The novel requires payment I think, quite possibly why no one has picked it up yet.

As far as I know, most of Korean and Chinese novels required payment, while you can find the pirated ones with Chinese, the same isn't available for Korean, but that doesn't stop people from translating it.

 

Well munpia usually have 25 or so free chapters on their novels if I remember correct, this one is only free for the first five chapters, just saying that prior to the manhwa I doubt anyone actually checked it out for possible translation.
