I was thinking of combining the 2 concepts together. A new word each day or two and that spies could be given a similar word but not exactly the same.
Eg: Oath words:Tsunami spies hint is disaster or something of the like

 

@Blitz if you want I can host the next one

Also if you're hosting can you add @Vanagandr to the player list

And are you people crazy? Why did you all vote for Joker? He was the 2nd to post, that basically guaranteed him as town regardless of rather his word made sense or not.

Also... Why did 3 people vote Fossil too early? Water is usually depicted as blue, it is pretty safe overall... Honestly a lot better than stuff like waves.

... At first I thought the word was Hurricane/Typhoon/Tornado tbh, hence why I used Fast... But as the discussion went by, I ended up becoming pretty sure it was not it.

My next guess was Tide, though by the time I logged in it was already over...

Btw, @Blitz, a question... If instead of saying Tsunami as their guess, what would happen if @Vermouth said Tsunami as their clue word for the word phase?

Fossil's lynch was basically because he answered last and (for me) not only was it too revealing, but also redundant from the other words.

As he started looking more like town, I did start questioning my original guess of Hurricane, so I guess it was a bit too revealing at that point...

 

Honestly, I was suspecting you by day 2 since six people responded by then, all of which had good words. So I looked up tsunamis, and they're apparently really fast, capable of going 500MPH. So it works for that too....

 

When @Evil_Ginger questioned the speed, my thought was, if tsunamis really were slow, why would anyone die from them? Didn’t tens of thousands die from the 2010 one? But I double checked to be sure.
