Any spoilers and how the leads become closer? Or spoilers on the empress in previous TL who abused the FL?
Im not sure though but maybe it's because of his black magic or something maybe. I think that magic/curse makes him wants to kill people perhaps. So, probably he didn't really kill her consciously.
I've read all under this thread. I want some spoilers since I'm curious as to why she can't change to another small animal except for a bird....
She can change to a lot of animals, she's just low on experience. Birds are just a favorite since they can fly away. Flight or flight response is a lot easier to chose flight when you can actually fly.
Amelia was born a cribbled and mute but despite that her family loved her. A famous witch then came and offered to help 'heal' her and took her in since MC is a witch like her grandmother (not mentioned from which side). The family doesn't know much about magic and they wanted her to be better so they let her go live there and waited for her. She lived with that witch until they passed away and mc transmitted into Amelia's body at the start of the story
This is speculation, but perhaps the MC's body was born without a soul. When the witch died the MC's soul was finally downloaded into the body.

It's in the first ch of the manhwa. But this is a good speculation The mother's not mentioned at all. The sister (og fl) loved her sister so much all the story was her gettint vengence on her little sister's death even if the other party's the emperor of her country. She really loved her sister, even if she just came back after so many years, she welcomed her with open arms and was very happy. Even saying she wanted to do sister stuff with her little sister for so long. Her father also seems to love her very much. The sister and father went to complain to the royal palace everyday to return mc (their bird) even if it could mean their entire clan
The art of this manhwa is soo pretty. Just waiting for more spoilers and update, it was left on a cliffhanger.
I’m going out on a limb here but I’m guessing MC has always been Amelie. Sooyeon was found wandering as a small child and sent to an orphanage because her parents could not be found. Then since young, Amelie had been a child with developmental issues who rarely spoke. Before she died, the witch says she was going to “put things back the way it was before” or something along those lines. So my guess is that Amelie’s soul got isekai-ed to Korea when she was very young (maybe to keep her safe?), and when the time was right, she was brought back to save the world.
Guys, I am curious about how Amelie handles the nobles... And about Renia or Reina, whatever her name, will do... I am waiting for a great face slapping scene in a fly's face Can you guys give some spoilers??
