Sooo I found this interesting summary that involves MPreg!!!

Rough summary:
Other people transmigrate into books, I transmigrate into Mangas!
Other people are in love/dating, I give birth to babies!

It's a story about a male yaoi magaka who transmigrates into his own 7 yaoi mangas in which he seduces the ML (seme) and births him many babies! ^^ (that means there will be 7 worlds and 7 babies!)

MC: god dammit! let me out of the bed! i don't want to give birth anymore! I wanna go home... T_T

(i don't think that there's rape, it sounds very light hearted and the author's tags are: birth, love/affections, sweet story, transmigration)

Note: there will be a system (with a sissy voice) that gives in each world an assignment. The ML will be the same, so it's 1v1.
in the end both of them (and their 7 children) go back to the real world and are together.

I haven't read this yet, but when i read that it has fast transmigrations, a system, 1v1 AND mpreg, i was sold! *___*

So in real life, the MC is a cartoonist and the ML is an actor.
The first arc the ML is a monk. Second arc the ML is a bandit. Third arc the ML is a robot.

So the MC will give birth to a son for the ML in every arc. But sadly, the MC have to move to different arc after the full moon(chinese tradition)

After he give birth in third arc, the MC passed out, and then wake up in the real word. Its not even full moon and its make MC sad because he didnt have time to spend with his third child.
I dont really understand this part but iirc when the MC transmigrate, his body in the real world is stopped. And then they (the system) make a copy to replace it. So people around the MC will not find something wrong. And all this time the MC is shooting a movie. The MC already act in three arc. Its make the MC shocked and confused. The MC then will finish the movie with the ML and then their feeling will be develop. And they will have quarduplet. The Doctor said that the MC body is dual-sex and its not the first time that the MC pregnant. Then the MC will tell all his experience in the three arc and also his baby to the ML. ML believe the MC. Near the end, the system will appear in front of the ML and MC, and then told the ML that all the ML in the other world is the shadow of ML in real world, so he dont have to worried about it. They will not come to the real world. But its different story for the three babies. After the MC give birth, the go back to apartment and found out that there are someone else in the house. They one to call the police. But suddenly the door open and theres a robot child welcoming them. The MC know that its his child. The three child from the other world come to the real world. Then the monk child saw MC and then they cry a river....

btw, if someone is confused with the "full moon", it's called like this but doesn't refer to the moon but the month. (in chinese, moon and month has the same character) chinese tradition dictates that the wife should rest inside the house for a whole month and not go out. so it's actually "full month", the MC leaves/has to leave when one month after giving birth is over.
