I got bored so I randomly MTL a few chapters. Spoiler: Spoiler She was pregnant with ML baby (they didn't know) I think she was looking for a job but either way she met this chick and they were arguing, then all of a sudden she got pushed down stairs and obviously she lost her baby, they went to a hospital and the evil chick bribed the doctor so it looked like MC had an abortion, ML found out and of course he believed she had an abortion.
Haah, just seeing CEO in the title I know what type of novel to expect. I know the ML will have some misunderstanding with the MC, the MC will be passive, and the ML will be an asshole to her at some point. And as usual, he won't trust her. Like it's fine if he doesn't love her, so he doesn't trust her, but then after he learns the truth, he suddenly feels guilty and loves her now? Not talking about this novel, I haven't read it. Just talking in general. I'm too used to the doting romances, where MC is everything to ML, so he only believes her words when he has to choose. But this type of MC here is also not my type. Marry for revenge? Geez... Just lose your virginity, take a morning after pill to make sure you won't get pregnant and take a more direct revenge on the ex. Like drugging him and letting him get done by some huge dude and film a gay porn, then spread it online.
Lol she,Li Qianluo(LQ)(MC), actually did except she didnt video tape them, she took a picture. First she seduced her ex,Qi Zeming(QZ), tricked him then went to a bar with rooms with him then she drugged QZ, then she had 3 men(it was three I think) do "things" with the QZ then a blonde bimbo came too and also did "things" with QZ So like MC called her ex-bestfriend, Fu Xinru(FX) FX went to where the ex was then police came and the paparazzi. FX was horrified. I don't remember but I think FX saw one of the 3 men coming out of a room. So long story short the paparazzi saw QZ on top of blonde girl then they started taking pictures and videos and stuff. Then it was also speculated that men also were seen going outside the room before FX came.
This novel's actually okay... I think the real antagonist in this story is Si Jinheng(SJ)(ML)'s first love before LQ but so far she hasn't showed up yet though
