It's depressing when two Childhood sweethearts walk their ways differently. Is there a Xianxia where a couple tread it together, I mean two Main Characters, not one is left behind sitting pretty while the other journeys.

Can't be helped, nowadays people like stuff like MGA, PMG, etc. Not to mention they love the messed up dark novels that's full of Rape & NTR. They say they read these 'stories' because it has a good 'story' but.... Idk, somethings fishy. Anyway, most people that read WN & LN's don't want a genuine romance from beginning to end.
there is this series of books, it starts with "until death?" and goes on in 4-5 other books, it's about a couple (the last one about her daughter is being written as we post) and their adventures as gods over multiple lifetimes. it's all really well-written, sometimes they don't have all their memories of previous lives, sometimes they do, but they always end up together (theres a reason, but i won't spoil) and it's incredibly interesting and the characters are impressively well-defined. it's not xianxia, but magic, but has what you're looking for http://royalroadl.com/fiction/629
I am currently working on writing a web novel that focuses on the male and female lead facing a common antagonistic force together. It's nowhere near complete but once I get at least ten chapters done I will first post it here.
Well, based off your name and profile pic, I can understand you not liking a genuine romance. But more to the point, I was pointing out that most people prefer messed up novels full of unnecessary plot devices such as rape & NTR, that serve no other purpose but to piss off the reader, than actual plot that moves the story along, creating a genuinely good story.
I feel confident that something will happen with 108 maidens if no one decides to pick it up with a quality translation.
Well I don't think MGA and PMG is popular like it use to be. I guess people only want ISSTH romance and TMW.
Battle Through the Heavens kind of satisfies this, but they aren't together 100% of the time in the novel. More like 30%, but they both cultivate pretty equally. The Great Ruler is also like this.
