    From what I could read in the wiki this is what their talking about. It's from the korean wiki on the MC's page.

    With MTL (this is talking about the MC)

    So from how I'm understanding it yes he loses his martial arts however he doesn't loose the state he's at, my guess is he attained something like the state of a saint / immortal / god. So he will keep being this but he doesn't have his martial arts anymore however he is still the strongest because of what he has become and if he wants he can easily relearn his martial arts if he wants to and puts his mind to it.
