What I'm wonderingis why didn't Leylin give Krupp and ordinary Kemyoin Warlock bloodline instead of his own. The risk of future family rank fives feels like it could destabilize his position, especially if the curse has lingering after effects from being broken.
He got killed in the hidden plane where Leylin found the warlock inheritance (ch116). But, it looks like that author forgot that he killed him, when he started writing this arc.
lol I don't think so by the time any of his bloodline descendants gets to rank 5 Leylin would have at least brokenthrough to rank 6 to begin with Leylin would never do anything that disadventages him or could cause potential harm... it's also explicitly stated that even if you have a high level bloodline doesn't mean you can reach it's full potential for example rank 6 bloodline guarantees you can reach rank 5 but not 6 it's always 1 rank below guarantee actually reaching rank 5 for krupp would be very hard he's also only gotten diluted bloodline to a 3rd generation warlock at most he'll reach rank 4 unless Leylin helps.

Imagine if Leylin didn't have the AI Chip and used grine water to become a magus with no hope to advance, I don't think he'd be so dedicated to achieve immortality either.
He was slightly upset Merlin died, he was just even happier that 2 of his disciples survived. Also compared to the rest of the Magus in the story he was a Saint, that is despite being a Dark Magi. I mean the dude protected his students and sent em away at the dawn of the war, something not that many professors bothered with unless they were grade 5 talents. Also he never used Leylin too deeply and was a lot less demanding or binding that many other professors, you have to admit compared to every other teacher in that academy he was kindly as all hells.
Yea, author was backtracking on this. probably because he read the comments on the chinese site where he originally posted them and was informed of his goof When leylin, lilliytell, and jayden reached the final chamber that contains serholm's inheritance. The others recognized it as serholm's inheritance. leylin begged to be spared while, while the other two fought to the death. resulting in jayden dying and lillitell spending more trump cards. at which point leylin beat lillitell, cut off his arms and legs. and left him there to die when the dimensional pocket collapsed
