Part of this novel had already gotten made into a comic while the rest had some illustrations strewn troughout. it was about a fat guy from our world getting sent into a world based on turn based strategy games. his symbol which he had drawn on his armour was a hamster. The strongest artifacts in this world were strange items like a pico pico hammer and a pair of pliers. If someone could also remind me around which chapter the mc had just Spoiler won the battle for his "kingdom"'s capital by making the vulcano erupt or something like that that would be appreciated

You're thinking of near the end of the first story arc, "The Battle for Gobwin Knob". Roughly around this page, the MC reveals his plan to do what you're looking for. And yes, that is a bad, NAUGHTY pun there. Horrible puns are strewn throughout the story in fact.
