On the back of my thread yesterday I’m now asking how you keep yourself awake? Personally I’ve never used anything to stay awake because as an insomniac I find it hard to sleep at times anyways. So things like coffee and energy drinks is pretty much useless to me. The one time I did drink a lot of the stuff was while at uni when I stayed up for 3 days to finish an assignment. But honestly that was more to keep me refreshed and stop my mouth from going dry than to keep me awake.

So what kind of things do you do to keep yourself awake?

I take adderall or microdose LSD to stay awake. Occasionaly I also take a hot shower.
