Ngghhhhh (╥﹏╥) I just finished watching "In this corner of the world". It was so good and so sad, I never sobbed so much in my entire life (*꒦ິㅂ꒦ີ) My top 3 anime that made me cry a river: 1) In this corner of the world 2) Grave of the fireflies 3) Who's left behind
All of the three has- drama, historical fiction, war elements. Why these are sad is because- it's like a slice of life, but then war comes in (；▽；)
Hajime no Ippo Maybe Season 1 of Hero Academia Ace dying in One Piece. I don't watch anime movies like the Ghibli classics not my cup of tea. I did see Princess Mononoke as a kid
Grave of the Fireflies was incredible. I think above all in terms of hitting me right in the feels very close to home, I'd have to go for A Silent Voice though. It was just too personal.
Clannad It had me sobbing like a little bitch and it probably still would if I watched it again Full Moon wo Sagashite (just... so many moments man, but that's what makes the show so good when the MC is trying her best to fulfill her dreams, there have been so few characters that I really wished everything worked out like I have for this MC) Kobato made me cry a little bit too Black Cat even though the manga is way better, a very iconic moment made me cry my eyes out
