Exactly what the title says. What do you see when you hear "festival?" What are the people doing? What's happening around them? What events are happening? etc. etc.

    Lantern, lights and colors.
Bazaars, stalls and a crowd of people.
Parades, bands and flowers on the floor.
And ofc food, food is always yummy during festivals.

That said, there are also quiet festival where you just enjoy your time with the family and not roam around the plaza.

Money, food, loud music, big crowds, no where to sit, sore legs, dirty clothes from either food stains or sitting on any alternative to a bench aka the ground.

Music festivals: crowds, alcohol stands, artists singing on stage
Otherwise, a folklore festival, like the Sint Martin Bonfire or setting up the may tree. So a village together, food and drinks, some music
