Discussion what is one world/novel setting you would like to experience

I think being a system (like in the novel Reborn as a System) would be cool. You'd get to experience a lot of worlds and eat a lot of food.

I also think futuristic/interstellar worlds with mechs are amazing. I think one thing I would like to experience is a mech battle like in the a/b/o arc of strategy to capture that scum gong.

anyways this is what keeps me up at night (other than my insomnia)

 

Mhm, I would be pretty happy with something like made in abyss or hunter x hunter. Basically a world that has a place that needs to be explored (there are things like that on earth, but there are no magic beasts and stuff, so it's not as cool.)

A world with a system might be cool, but it might also be really fucking annoying. It's not like most of us would be like a protagonist, maybe not even a secondary character. Most people would be mob #38 and clearly knowing you are mob #38 is hard to take. Here it's all more or less vague. There is no system that measures everyone so you don't really know if you are mob #38 or side character #15 or protagonist #3765.

 

that makes sense. I mean, they're always the systems like supernatural movie actor app where they are more than a million players- so even though they don't have systems no one's technically a mob character.

 

xianxias. I don't wanna be immortal, but I'd like a long life where I don't age for a very long time and I don't need to eat or poo, I magically don't need dental work, etc. etc.

I want to be in a futuristic type world, maybe with a system, but a futuristic theme is enough. Cause usually with system owners, what I’m worried about the most is one day the system disappearing and the person who owns it loses everything. Systems are like quite reliable, but there’s a lot of things that one should be careful about. Like I said once in another thread: Only trust yourself!

okay, they bind with the host, but they can have bad intentions like taking over the host’s body. If you’ve ever read “The Empress’ Livestream,” the system has very bad intentions towards the MC. The system not only charges ridiculous prices, but also tries stealing a huge portion of the MC’s points. The system also has another host targeting her since she was the original protagonist of that world.

Another world I would want to be in is probably a game/VR world!

I'd be too scared to be in an ABO/interstellar world though. Too much war

but actually, in reborn as a system, doesn't the store have fixed prices? and you can't really change that... so I guess it depends

I’m sorry if that came off rude! Like you said I don’t look or read ABO type novels often, but when I do, they usually center around perverted things.

 

Tbh, there isn't any in particular that I care about that is particularly different from ours.

Like, my go-to choice would be Kenkyo. Which is essentially Modern Day Earth, but being born as a Rich Ojou-sama instead of a normal person.

If I had to choose something different from modern day earth, I guess it would be something like Half Prince's world... Which is futuristic Earth, but mostly the same otherwise.
