I've been completely idle for the past two months and got used to a very relaxing sleep cycle of 10:30 pm to 7-8 am.
When I need to. I don't need that many interactions with normal human. Except when processing some official documents, that I really need to wake up like normal people.
I never have a stable time to sleep anymore I just sleep when I can't hold it anymore and Wake after I can't stay sleepy
When I lose my fighting spirit! I'll work until I can't keep my eyes open any longer, then wake up exhausted and go to my real job at 7 am no matter what. Sometimes I'll take a nap in the evening but I usually get yelled at if I do for some reason, so I just fight on and do more work to keep occupied. (I read novels during my actual job, so I do have relaxation time sort of mixed 50/50 with work.)
When my body let's me. 1 to 2 hours is norm, I kind of fade in and out for a while, use the bathroom, get bored and start to read again, and fall back asleep to repeat the cycle.
Sigh. I used to sleep at around 3am EST. But I have a job now. So I sleep at around 10, and 11 if I REALLLY WANNA PUSH IT
Though honestly. I hate sleep and would never do it. Had I not done INTENSIVE RESEARCH ON THE AFTER EFFECTS OF NOT SLEEPING. And realizing a lot of health problems could arise and you could even die, I would have chosen to never sleep in my life.
