    Can this phone play Pokemon Go?
    If the answer is yes, move to step 2.
    If the answer is no, this phone is obviously not the very best.

    I would buy a Moto Z (when they are released later this year). They are Moto X Style's (which I bought last year) sucessors. Almost stock Android, good specs and reasonable price. If you don't care about microsd you can also buy a Nexus.

    Oneplus 3.

    Really good phone considering I've used iPhone and Galaxy. Best experience ever and its fast ever after a month.

    Samsung is the best choice. Oppo (no idea if it's available in your place or not) is famous for its front camera in my place. Asus is good too.
    For cheap phone with high spec, lenovo is the way to go. But if you have the budget, go for samsung
