I knew someone would be "offended" by my comment about Korean actress. Korean doesn't have double eyelid in their gene, and since double eyelid is a beauty criteria, they all goes for double eyelid surgery. Have fun google "Korea + double eyelid". And that's just the most common type of surgery they have.

 

I was curious, so I just did... and that's probably one of the stupidest things I saw. Next thing on the list is probably for the weeaboos to become asian-like... or did they already do that too?

Just look how people praise and long for a face that looks like dolls. Despite how dolls are an immitation of humans in the first place. Lol

 

Probably because the doll was modeled, but humans can't be, at least without plastic surgery or other means and humans have many 'imperfections'...

So, yes, some Koreans have double eyelids, but about 20%.

It is easier to find a Korean actress who had plastic surgery than to find one who hasn't. 80% is for the overall Korean population (male and female), but girls are more prone to have surgery and particularly actress and those in the entertainment industry.

Also, the 20% who have double eyelids are probably due to mix-blood ancestry.

And has I said it before, eyelid surgery is just the most common type. About 1/3 to 1/5 of women in Seoul had plastic surgery. Take your pick, google and search it yourself, the ratio differ from 1/3 to 1/5, and that's for the overall female population, so the ratio for actress is higher.
