Resolved World building

Mc is a man diagnosed with cancer I think. He went back to his home town where there is a clean environment. As he is cleaning the house, he found a blank scroll? That scroll was unexpectedly a portal of some sort, and time flow different inside. also inside the scroll he can create a world. There is a scene where he let the scroll suck land,water and sunlight.

First world he accidentally created is composed of ants. As he continued experimenting he found cure for his sickness and also for his lifespan. Inside the scroll he became a mysterious God, tower master, etc. With his experiments he also did something in his DNA that made him human-elf lookalike.
