Albendazole is wide spectrum, but I once see a doctor instead giving these go for combination. Yes as for cost, this one is the cheapest out there.
They're pretty tough, I once saw what seemed to be a trail of blood streaming away from a cold, mostly eaten bowl of pozole, on closer inspection it was tiny little worms, wriggling.

Hmm, the dangerous worms usually exist as eggs inside meat, rather than "worm" form. Anyway, yeah, years back when I was living in a more tropical climate there was some fish left out on my counter, so I started eating it....then I looked down and noticed it was crawling with maggots....
