I remember there was an arc in which the MC was a fairy and the ML was a prince who gave her to his father to gain his favour, the MC pretended to die saving the emperor but the ML realised that she was alive and spent a lot of time outside her home in forest begging for forgivness, this was one of the unhappy arcs. There were also mentions of how the ML is a god who cant enter the worlds the MC is transmigrating to so he sends his incarnations without his memory, these incarnations are the ML in all the worlds. I believe they were lovers but the MC was destroyed and is now traveling worlds to gain power and the ML is following her.
