The rising sun casts its warmth upon the sea. On the beach, seagulls feel the sand beneath their webbed feet, looking for prey. The soft ocean air rustles the leaves of nearby palm trees gently. The quiet whispers of the waves lapping at the beach are like a lullaby that lulls all the rising creatures back to sleep. All is calm. All is still. But this peaceful tranquillity is suddenly destroyed by the sound of an ear-piercing scream.

On an isolated island located in the heart of the sea, lies the secret base of Blue Disney.

Blue Disney is a mysterious organization that was originally established to act as a mutual support system to help princesses learn how to rule their respective kingdoms. The princesses, in turn, would pledge their loyalty to Blue Disney even after they no longer needed its support. This naturally resulted in Blue Disney establishing many connections and becoming a pillar of authority. However, humans are naturally greedy creatures and after countless generations, the organization's internal structure has begun to rot. Fueled by the allure of riches, power, and prestige, some older members of the organization turned to more sinister means to increase their influence. The organization's only hopes of revival are the most outstanding princesses of this current generation. But before they’ve even started, a never before seen crisis arose in Blue Disney.

As a princess with outstanding talent and potential, it’s no wonder that Blue Disney has been keeping a close eye on you. You’re quite pleased that this powerful organization acknowledges your strength, no matter what your real motive may be. Therefore, you weren’t surprised when you received a letter from Blue Disney requesting that you help them investigate a series of incidents that occurred in their midst.

On behalf of Blue Disney, I hereby send you a request to help with the investigation of recent incidents that resulted in seven deaths of our members.

Details regarding the incidents will be provided upon further request after your acceptance.

An escort will be sent to meet you at [REDACTED], on [REDACTED], [REDACTED]. You will be invited to stay at Blue Disney’s main base during the course of your investigation.

Food, accommodation, and transport will be provided free of charge. All parties involved in the investigation may not leave the base until the case is solved.

Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting spot on time.

It hadn’t been a full day yet since you arrived at Blue Disney’s secret base and you could already see a few other princesses who seemed to have also been invited to investigate this case. The staff here reminded you that a general meeting would be held later that morning regarding the investigation, so you decided to make the most of the time before then to relax and explore the surroundings a bit more.

About an hour after breakfast, all the princesses gathered in a sound-proof meeting room on the second floor. Everyone seemed tense and agitated. A couple of princesses kept glancing around, while others wore deep frowns on their faces. Everyone else seemed to be confused. The atmosphere in the room was solemn and suffocating. After the last person entered the room, the door was slammed shut tightly behind her. What followed was silence.

It wasn't until Megara, one of the most eminent members of Blue Disney, clapped her hands loudly, that everyone turned their attention to the meeting at hand. She took a quick glance around the table and nodded. "It seems like everyone is here."

"Everyone has read their letter before they arrived here, correct?"

Indistinct hums and nods of acquiescence went around the room.

"Good, then I shall continue. According to the letter, we have all been invited to investigate the recent serial murders within Blue Disney. But what the letter doesn’t mention, is the other reason why you are all gathered here.

...like many of you have probably already assumed, we have already started our investigation from the first victim onward long before the letters were sent to you. According to the investigation, everyone here, apart from a few trusted members of the Blue Disney, are suspects of the recent serial murders. This is the other reason you've all been invited here."

Upon hearing her final sentence, everyone became restless and the room filled with a discordant mix of anxious and indignant chatter.

SLAM!

"I'm not done yet," the brunette said sharply, silencing everyone present.

"Originally, there were seven people who were found dead ... but another body was found earlier this morning." Megara paused to look at Elsa, whose eyes were swollen, sitting alone in the corner.

An oppressive gloom spread across the room as the implication sunk into everyone.

"...her body was found in her room, which further confirms that the murderer is someone among us. We also suspect that there may be multiple people involved, and that they have already infiltrated into our organization as members of Blue Disney.

I'm sorry to be the carrier of bad news, but I’m afraid that’s not all; Blue Disney is now detaching itself from this case and handing all responsibility of the investigation to everyone here.

We have fifteen people in total and some of you have traveled here from afar, but since Blue Disney have withdrawn all transportation vessels and set up patrols around the island to isolate us, we are stuck here until we find the real culprits.”

"Wait a minute, did you just say that we are trapped here with murderers until we capture all of them? What if one of us ends up as their next victim!?"

Merida raised an eyebrow and looked at Rapunzel, before nonchalantly answering: "Then we’ll just have to kill them before they kill us, won’t we?"

"It's not that simple!" Belle interjected, raising her voice louder than intended. "We don’t know which of us are murderers and which of us are innocent - we don’t even have a single lead! If Blue Disney had more clues, we wouldn't even be here in the first place. If there really is more than one person involved, then even if we kill one murderer, we still wouldn’t be safe.”

“Then why don’t we just kill them all?” Elsa’s cold and hoarse voice drifted from the corner of the room.

Everyone fell into silence, each person preoccupied with their own thoughts. Within the sound-proof room, a pin-drop could have been heard but no one would’ve paid any attention to it.
Outside, the midday sun shone brilliantly in the clear blue sky, but inside Blue Disney’s main base, the air was tainted by a faint scent of blood.

General Rules:

Mechanics and Game Details:
The game starts at Sunday February 23rd, 4 PM EST

• Day Phase last 48 hours. Night Phase last 24 hours.
• Players can get converted in this game. Neuts are immune to conversion.
• The mafia have a Night Chat. No talking there during Day Phase!

Setup:

Lynch:
-> Plurality: the person with the highest number of votes at the end of the day gets lynched.
-> Majority: If at any point of the day, the majority of the players vote on one person, the day will end immediately and that person will be lynched.
-> In case of a tie, the first one to tie will be lynched.

How to vote:
Either write /vote [player name], !vote [player name], or post the whole Vote Count by yourself.
Bolding the vote isn’t necessary, but it would make it easier for me if you did it.
Votes inside quotes or spoilers do not count.
Any players who have not voted at the end of the day will be given a warning. The same warning for inactivity.
It is optional for players to post their own Vote Count, but Official Public Vote Counts are present and will be updated every possible 12 hours.

Posting Requirements:
-> At least 10 posts every Day Phase.
-> If a person doesn’t meet the required amount within the first 24 hours of the day, they will be prodded (i.e. tagged by the hosts, asking whether they can still play the game).
-> If a player doesn’t respond within 24 hours after the first prod or gets prodded thrice, they’ll be 100% modkilled no matter what.

Additional notes:
-> When a King dies, the first 24 hours of the new Day Phase will be spent on voting who will become the new King. This process will continue until there are less than 4 players left.
-> Players can get bled mid-Day Phase. They will be informed when this happens. If they don't get healed within 2 Nights, they will die.

I'm still only halfway down the class cards, but boy the first couple days are going to be hectic for you zone~

As for why? We have 1 king with a 35% chance of being Mafia.

On the other hand, each other player has a 4.5/14 chance of being either a Neutral or a Mafia. Which means the King is the person with the biggest chance of being scum atm~

So, I came into this blind knowing nothing about the mechanics. Let’s do this!

 

Your math makes no sense to me.

35% of of 15 is about 5 and a quarter. Rather, it would be more likely that we have 5 bad dudes. 6 at worst.

This would mean that we each have 27-33% of being bad as well, which is better off saying less than 1/3 chance of being bad.

Anyways, my brain hurts and I'm at work so dont expect a lot if useful stuff from me for about 3 to 4 hours.

I'm not sure what in the math confused you? o.0

We have 15 players, one is assured to be the king, which has a 35% chance of being evil.

Among the last 14 players we have:

2 guaranteed Mafia.
2 guaranteed neutrals.
1 player with 50/50 of being either neutral or Town.

So... Each of the 14 players has a 4.5/14 chance of being non-Town.

Then you throw 4.5/14 in the calculator and you get roughly 32%.

 

But this is under the assumption that king has to be Mafia, right?
